None of our critters are kept in tiny cages or mass produced. The health and happiness of all our animals comes first. Guarantee
We guarantee that there are no symptoms of disease at the time of sale/shipment of the animal. We guarantee against Genetic Defects based upon results of a gross necropsy or Lab Histopath report within three days after purchase. We are not responsible for any vet or lab charges. Buyer is encouraged to have the animal examined by a vet of their choice within three days of arrival to verify health of the animal. If, during this period the animal are found to have a condition which seriously affects the health or well-being determined by the veterinarian, Helen’s Little Critters agrees, at its discretion and once the animal has been returned, to either refund the price of the animal excluding shipping fees, or replace the said animals with an animal of the same species, sex and approximate age. In the event that the buyer fails to have the animal examined by a vet within the three days after delivery, then buyer understands and agrees that the sale is “as is” condition. No other guarantees are given or implied.
